Return & Exchange Policy

We have a simple return or exchange policy for certain products purchased from our website provided the following conditions are met :

  • This facility is available for customers in India only

  • The products must be returned to us within 4 days from the date it is delivered to you.

  • Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. We may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.

  • Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.

  • In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Eligibility Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment.




Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following requirements :

  • If the product you received is damaged, it will be eligible for a return.
    (Please share a photograph of the damaged product at within 4 days of receiving the product. A video footage of unpacking the product will make the process easier.)

  • If the product you ordered is not as per the size you ordered, it will be eligible for an exchange
    (If the new size requested is out of stock, we will issue you a coupon, valid for 6 months, that you can use to purchase an alternate item)

  • The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Naari's control or any other force majeure.

Policy :

  • If your order is eligible for Return or Exchange kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at within 4 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 working hours.

  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.

  • The Exchange Process takes 10-20 days

  • If your order is eligible for Exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the garments within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email.

  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.

  • We allow size exchanges if we have available stock in your required size.

  • If the size you want in exchange is ‘Out of Stock’, you will be issued a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months. The coupon code issued can be used to make a purchase from our complete online collection for the same value or higher.

  • Courier charges for exchanges will be borne by us.

  • Products that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange

  • Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

Anything contained in this policy, Naari reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same.
